The right types of fats can dramatically improve your health. Foods such as salmon, avocado and nuts (particularly almonds) provides the needed Omega oils. Other types of fats, such as that found on beef is unhealthy. Here are some simple suggestions for removal: – Trim as much as possible prior to and after cooking. – Use low fat cooking methods such as roasting, grilling and broiling in that order. Flavor does not suffer while health benefits increase. – Rinse cooked beef in hot water is a strainer. – Drop an ice cube into any cooled beef containing liquids such as soup. The fat hardens around the ice cube which can easily be removed. – Put steaks in the freezer for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking. This will harden the visible fat, making it easy to remove. We do NEED the right types of fat. For those of you who – like me – enjoy neither fish, nor avocado, nor almonds, you can get the omega oils in a bottle. My favorite is Jean Carper’s Omega-T Fish Oil. It’s formulated with pure, potent and fresh, all-natural fish oil that is extremely high in DHA and EPA. It comes from imported Norwegian salmon and is certified to be contaminant free by independent testing. You can get more information on Omega-T Fish Oil and Jean’s other anti-aging products at http://www.stopagingnow.com . It’s worth your time to take a look.

Good points! People have a tendency to see fat as a bad thing, and it is easy to forget that some fats are actually really essential for normal healthy functioning of the body.
